I've used Top Dog for several moves and recommended them to friends and family over the years. But those feelings are shattered after my last experience. The crew moved at a painfully slow pace, showed zero urgency. I watched them destroy a piece of furniture while taking it apart. The crew lead came back claiming the office 'made a mistake' and that I now owed more money. The tone quickly turned aggressive.

They damaged almost everything they touched. Wardrobes, a baby crib, console tables, plates, cups, glasses, a 75 inch TV that was practically new. They crammed everything in the truck. No padding, zero accountability. Moving cost $6500+ taking zero accountability for the movers.
