Aug 1, 2023Horrible and costly serviceHorrible and costly service. It’s less expensive to go replace your items than pay for this company. They subcontract out your shipment. They way over calculate the cubic footage, then when they picked up I had to sign that I would pay $600 in cash when they delivered. When it came here they had changed it to $700 and said I agreed to it. Then they wanted another $200 just to put it in the house, not even up stairs. It was a total of 7
May 15, 2023Theives, Liars, and CrooksTo start, this isn't a moving company, it's a brokerage. They sell your move. After charging big money to make a bid firm, they don't stop the actual movers from ignoring that and extorting more cash out of you. There's NO COVERAGE for damage regardless of what they tell you.
