Serna Elite Movers

I have used Serna for 4 moves now and they have been absolutely immaculate with moving everything without a scratch. They carefully wrap everything during the move to make sure nothing scuffs. This last time they actually fixed my sit/stand desk which wasn't working prior to the move. Thank you Eric and Ana and the rest of the crew! You've safely carried all my stuff across the city.

I hate to write reviews such as this but I feel it's important so that a business knows where they have growth opportunities. I submitted online request for a long distance move with packing and unpacking services. No one contacted me and by the Monday I called and spoke with Anna. She states she will callback once she has spoken with one of her drivers. Tuesday I call again, this time I'm promised a quote Wednesday. Wednesday I call and she asks if there's a way that I can meet at my storage unit so they can better assess their quote. It is now Thursday 10/2 and I have not heard back, received a quote or received follow up from Serna.

Very scammy they wasted time doing small work that should have taken max 2 hours and they tried to waste time by folding the wraps for the boxes while I was talking to my family. As soon as me and my family noticed that no one was bringing in the boxes and totes, we checked on them and they sped up the moving and were no longer folding all wraps just throwing them in the truck. I spent $75 because of that. I advise people to never use this company their workers are crooks.
