The job was completed quickly and efficiently, with great care taken throughout the move. He actually came to my house two days before the move to make sure that his crew could move my enormous Peloton treadmill. Everything about this company is professional. The owner never tried to get in touch with me regarding the lamp. I got charged for an extra hour when they got 'lost' driving to the new apartment even though travel time was already paid for. Was yelled at by the owner on the phone after the move because it was more than double the cost of what I was quoted. I tipped anyway, but after being yelled at and losing an irreplaceable heirloom, I regret it. | R H |
