Ronnie and his crew were on time, professional, polite, and incredibly careful with every item — not a single scratch or scuff anywhere. | 3/5 | This company is UPCHARGE CENTRAL. I thought I was getting a decent hourly base rate, but by the time they got done wrapping items, my charges DOUBLED. They don't disclose how much these charges will be ahead of the move. My plant was damaged on the elevator ride down. My TV (I paid extra for padded wrapping) no longer turns on. Their rep Myra was so rude about it on the phone like I committed a felony. Ronnie couldn't be bothered to exchange any pleasantries. I paid a Cadillac price for a Toyota Corolla. | Tajh G | |
| 1/5 | Can't speak on moving abilities, showed up with assistants and a clipboard and terrible soft skills. Delivers unpaid into immediately aggressive expecting pushback, highly confrontational. I ended up canceling mid-move strictly off his negative and confrontational presence. He had to get out my space. I can't help but to feel if there was a man present his behavior would be different. Tried to tip his assistants for the wasted trip — he insisted they give it back. | Camisha Butler | |

They reminded us several times during the day about the 'clock' not stopping and refusing to move until their requests were met.
