We were a repeat customer that had referred two people. The second move wasn't so great. 3 movers were all in different places not helping each other — one reassembling a table alone, one sitting outside at the truck, one in our son's room on his phone. They did damage to the window coverings and then lied to us when confronted — they finally admitted it when my husband talked with them instead of me. They broke part of my son's dresser and didn't repair it. We were charged the same for half the load.
