I was very satisfied with my last move. The team was incredibly professional, arrived on time, worked hard, and left the place clean. This was one of the best moves I've ever had! Just one small detail: during unpacking, I noticed that my toiletries were packed together with the cleaning products. This was a slightly uncomfortable feeling. Other than that, everything was excellent — I would rate the service 9/10.

Slowest most inefficient movers I've ever used. This was my smallest move ever and my shortest distance move. But still this company took twice as long as other movers before. All I had was a half furnished 2 bedroom apartment with all the boxes pre-packed. With a 10 minute driving time this still took 3 movers over 5 hours. 1 mover was oftentimes standing around doing nothing. Edit: I provided a list of items to be moved, and you are blatantly lying because I did not have a sofa moved.

DO NOT move with NewRay, they will LOSE your belongings. I was a repeat customer for four years between 2019-2023. During the pick-up in January 2024, they used my big Patagonia duffle bag full of valuable clothes as a door-holder (worth at least $1.5k). After they dropped everything off, the bag was missing plus a lamp they broke. NewRay offered me $50 for the lamp but denied the bag entirely. Then offered a $200 GIFT CARD as their final offer — a gift card to return to their unacceptable service! When I rejected, Sasha canceled the offer ENTIRELY and started blaming me for not 'letting them know at the moment the move was over' and had the audacity to say other 'strangers' could've taken my bag.

I had a terrible experience with this moving company. They were moving one small item at a time, walking the full hallway to the truck, clearly stretching the time. I even asked them to speed up, use a professional dolly, and stack more items together — I even offered to pay more for faster service — but they completely ignored my request. My move started at 3:30 PM (a small apartment) and didn't finish until 12:45 AM.

The company lies and the team works slow on purpose to extend the time. My husband and I just had moved and fortunately this wasn't our first time moving. We moved more than 4 times in the region so we know that the company is not good objectively. We have a solid evidence that the furniture shop delivered our sofa on the day of movement — they lied about having to move it. We will be reporting this company to customer rights bureau.
