| 5/5 | I was very satisfied with my last move. The team was incredibly professional, arrived on time, worked hard, and left the place clean. This was one of the best moves I've ever had! Just one small detail: during unpacking, I noticed that my toiletries were packed together with the cleaning products. This was a slightly uncomfortable feeling. All I had was a half furnished 2 bedroom apartment with all the boxes pre-packed. With a 10 minute driving time this still took 3 movers over 5 hours. 1 mover was oftentimes standing around doing nothing. During the pick-up in January 2024, they used my big Patagonia duffle bag full of valuable clothes as a door-holder (worth at least $1.5k). After they dropped everything off, the bag was missing plus a lamp they broke. NewRay offered me $50 for the lamp but denied the bag entirely. Then offered a $200 GIFT CARD as their final offer — a gift card to return to their unacceptable service! When I rejected, Sasha canceled the offer ENTIRELY and started blaming me for not 'letting them know at the moment the move was over' and had the audacity to say other 'strangers' could've taken my bag. | Jeff Baek | |

I even asked them to speed up, use a professional dolly, and stack more items together — I even offered to pay more for faster service — but they completely ignored my request. We moved more than 4 times in the region so we know that the company is not good objectively.
