Mozart Moving Company

The movers arrived right on time at 8am. They worked very quickly getting all of our boxes, some of which were probably packed a bit too heavy, and all of our furniture down the 2 flights of stairs and loaded into the truck. The furniture and 70 inch TV were all wrapped up in blankets and well protected. Everything was then moved into our new apartment and the crew took care to make sure everything was in the right place, exactly where we wanted it. They reassembled our TV onto its stand and our sectional sofa without any trouble. Not a single piece of glassware or dishware or anything else in our boxes was damaged in the move. Not a single chip or scratch on any of our possessions. The crew was professional and courteous. The only reason this is not a 5 star review is that the estimate was only 15 minutes more than the estimated time. That is unlike their 4% which is all the more impressive given that they did not do an in-person walk-through but instead relied on a web-based form that we filled out. After having a great experience with Mozart just under 2 years ago, we hired them again for another move. The experience was just as good this time as it was last time. Just wanted to reiterate what I said before, on time, professional, courteous, no breakage, and a great value. I highly recommend this company.

They were a little later than I expected and are a little pricey. However, the best of young men came to my house. They were professional, efficient, and courteous. They made me comfortable with their ability to disassemble and reassemble my stuff. I was missing a part, I sent a text to ask if they saw it, they told me exactly how to locate it. They seem to have a good day mindset all the hour. We all had a few laughs it seems they enjoy their work. Highly recommend this group.

Was skeptical about moving companies. Got on the phone with Mozart and they were much more professional about everything. They had great pricing, but their Service exceeded all expectations. Anton and max were great. Went the extra mile. I also enjoyed my time talking to both of them. They were quick and also extremely cautious with my things. The movers were punctual, finished early, friendly and communicative, and took care with our things. The only thing is that the company did not mention tipping the movers in any of their communication, so when the movers asked for it and I gave them each a tip, they seemed disappointed by the amount. I just did not know, we have never hired movers before, so I'd appreciate if Mozart communicated what is normal in this area before the movers came.
