This is a SCAM, STAY AWAY! $120 per hour was the price they promised and $120 to head over to me. They overcharged hours. They charged me $60 for materials. And they took the leftover materials that I didn't use with them without my permission.

I recently moved out of a one bedroom and the cost came close to $1k. The movers kept pushing the time back several times on the moving day. The three movers took 4.5 hours. One of my glass nightstands got damaged and I was offered $60. There was a gentleman that called my phone from a separate number and kept asking me what I did for a living. This was unprofessional.

At the very bottom was a small clause stipulating a 3-hour ($300) minimum that no one mentioned explicitly in our multiple conversations. Cliff and his office staff were then totally unprofessional about our complaint. Truly fraudulent practice.

These guys rock! I've used this company twice. For the bigger move — these guys came to my place at 9:00AM, and spent nearly the whole day working nonstop to pack me up. I hardly had to do anything. Packed, moved, unpacked and reassembled, with hardly a break in between.
