Hands down the worst experience I have ever had with a business. The amount of damages was staggering. Compensation was $500. Showed up at 11am not 9am. No tools. No moving blankets — they had maybe 30, we needed 100. Half the team was day laborers. I literally had to negotiate an internal fight between 2 of the workers.

I had many, many things damaged in my move. Nearly all my artwork frames were damaged, my couch was damaged. When I confronted the management for claims, they lied and said they had followed policy for moving the art work, even though I had photo evidence to the contrary.

Despite a walkthrough itemizing every article to be moved, the truck they showed up with could not fit all our furniture. Many pieces of my furniture were damaged. Expensive pieces of wood furniture were not wrapped with blankets. I received a 5% discount for the damage.
