| 5/5 | Had a great experience with Mic's Moving this weekend! The quote process was easy, communication was great, and the guys were fantastic. Jose, Manuel, and Roberto were great! They were hard workers, friendly, and patient. They moved our two bedroom apartment to a location about 20 minutes away and everything came through without a scratch. They were the only moving company we spoke with (of 5-6 companies) that agreed to a same-day move given our itinerary. The team arrived at 8:13 AM with four people and a 26-foot truck at no extra charge. The crew moved all boxes and wrapped all furniture out of our place in three hours. | 1/5 | I'm shocked by all the positive reviews. I was not pleased with Mic's and would never consider hiring them again. From the moment they arrived, they asked for things — tape, plastic wrap, scissors, water bottles. They said they would bring all packing materials so why are you asking me? One of the movers reeked of pot and was high. So high that he couldn't do anything. They had bad attitudes. One said 'DAMN! I JUST SAID THAT!' They got into a verbal altercation with my building's maintenance staff. They were careless with my items and dragged my rugs and mattress across the ground and put a hole in my box spring. They tried to bully me into giving them a greater tip — tried to get me to Venmo them more. | KB | |

I could not get into the loading dock or use the freight elevator. They kept saying one more load. I saw one of the movers literally stopped and went to go smoke a cigarette. They were in a big hurry but I told them we had one more mattress to move in. It was 11:50 am. We were back with the mattress well before 12 and they had pulled their truck into the loading dock and we couldn't get past.
