The guys that did the move were fantastic. The office staff, on the other hand, is disorganized. We emailed them the payment information a month before our scheduled move to secure our move date. The day before the move, we called because we had not heard anything. The person we emailed (we were told this was the general manager) did not notify the scheduling staff and so our move was not booked. We forward the email showing the date/to the wrong and they were able to get our move done on the day we needed, but there was a lot of uncertainty and frustration. Then, they stated they tried calling us but the number they called was not in service. I think they dialed a wrong number.

Not sure why my review is gone but reposting. I wanted to give this company a good review due to the packers being nice, hard working people. However, I cannot recommend this company. They were assigned as my packers for my military move and lots of my stuff arrived damaged in my first deployment, some of that stuff means a lot and can't be replaced. Of my things that held the most importance to me. Damaged so my tailgate grill cover, rooftop tent, rooftop tent cover, roof rack, trunk mattress, kitchen island, dining table and my safe. If you are assign this company, I recommend requesting a different company.

STAY AWAY FROM THESE. I wish I could give negative stars. I had the WORST experience with them. I would actually rate them all 0 stars. The military hired them for our move. Prior to the packing crew arrive, a man who came to access our HHG told us that we can leave our clothes in our bins & plastic drawers and they can move these as they are. Once the packing crew came, they took everything out and threw in boxes including sentimental items that I had kept nicely for years. Gonzalo was absolutely terrible. I told him to be careful of taking care of my work stuff especially my work desk stuff with our personal stuff. I had packed all of my work stuff in boxes and he said that he needed to repack them to make sure there's no liquids. I went through all of my work stuff to make sure there's no liquids. After we got to our new location, I realized that he mixed all of my work stuff and our personal items together. He broke down every little thing, they gave me a single bin into 3 pieces and put them in 3 different random boxes. This has been the worst move since we have been going through boxes to find so many different pieces of items that were put separately. Because he mixed my work stuff and our personal stuff, I had to gather all of my work stuff from about bunch of different boxes and REPACK AGAIN to move into my work place. So RIDICULOUS! Nobody is telling them to work here. If they don't want sake the work and our stuff, they need to work somewhere else where they don't affect people's lives. Words can't express how annoyed and upset I am with them.

Do not use this moving company!! They wouldn't answer numerous phone calls or emails regarding the delivery date of our items. We were told our items would be delivered in 5 days. No delivery. They made us pay beforehand and didn't deliver our items or answer our phone calls. This company is a scam, they will take your money and take their time delivering your items, not to mention they don't give you an estimated delivery time. What so called Professional company does this? Do yourself a favor and please do your research about all of the bad reviews online about this company.

I hate to rate this company badly because Robert and his moving crew were outstanding. Robert is professional and as loyal to the profession as he is to your household goods arriving safely. However, the packer with purple hair stared at us while we were in other rooms, didn't thank us for lunch, complained about her job, and the team after we left an antecisior with a $50 gift card broken and the money missing. Our grandfather gave this to us and it had more value than the money inside. Humiliated. She was rattled.
