| 5/5 | Another wonderful experience with Jason Taylor Moving! This was my fourth move with them and I won't use anyone else. They have their process down to a science. From the first contact with customer service, to the estimator coming out, to booking and moving day. Everyone encountered was knowledgeable, professional and friendly. On moving day, Kyle and his crew were phenomenal! They arrived on time with smiles on their faces and were all very polite, professional and efficient. They took the utmost care of my property, always asked questions if they were unsure and worked great together as a team. They took great care to wrap walls with paper and treat the pathways with carpet pads to avoid denting walls and scratching floors. They were friendly, worked hard and fast. The estimator was spot on, but things changed, the estimate was updated. Packers came on Day 1, movers loaded on Day 2, unloaded on Day 3. No losses, no damage. A few things were slightly damaged that probably didn't need to be if a little forethought went into moving certain heavier items. I've noticed a lot of dinged in spots at my new residence and it is unfortunate as it was a brand new construction and was absolutely pristine prior to the movers. | 1/5 | DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE. EVER!!! I repeatedly told them they couldn't bring an 18 wheeler in the neighborhood and what showed up this morning??? An 18 wheeler. DENNIS was the salesman and was the most ineffective, indifferent and unresponsive sales person ever though we're spending over $2500 plus monthly storage fees. They broke a dining room chair and a glass piece in the Florida move. For an 8000 sq ft house, they sent 4 people to pack on a Saturday and they spent 4 hours packing.
