They did a good job moving us. We could have been more prepared when they arrived, but despite our clutter, they packed everything quickly and safely and moved it with a lot of care. Seemed very honest!

Guardian managed our move and did a great job. We were assigned a team from St James and they were great! Efforts from both teams had made this the best moving experience yet.

Guardian moving and storage had my household goods in storage for three years. I received my couch back in an advanced condition of dry rot. I filed a claim which was denied saying that the dry rot was due to human contact. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! MILITARY MEMBERS BEWARE!

If I could give a negative number of stars I would. This company teams with local third party movers to complete jobs. They showed up with a uhaul, were entirely unprofessional, several hours late and showed no regard for our furniture/items. Most things arrived damaged or completely broken and some were wet from their 'safe and protected storage facility.' Would not recommend.

Do not use this company! This company packed my property in 2018 and stored it for four years. This is by far the worst moving and storage company I experienced in 20 years of active military service and six moves. When I received my property after four years of storage, the entire personal property shipment was covered in mold. At some point there was at least several inches of water in the warehouse. Plastic pieces were melted and discolored, melted coatings on metal, paint blistered, photos stuck to glass frames. I particularly do not recommend the Department of Defense use this company.

ZERO STARS. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM! They charged me an extra $600 at pickup even though they had pickup and detailed inventory. My items took WEEKS to arrive and they gave no updates. I called for two weeks before getting ahold of someone. Just get a moving truck and do it yourself. RUN, DON'T WALK, AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Everything started off well with movers arriving early and quickly starting my move. After they returned from lunch there seems to be a change. Packing more rushed and forgetting to pack items. The fact that one of these guys stole from me. I took out my 2 military jackets, my black coat, and my 7 yr old son's heavy black leather coat to not be packed. After the movers left, I went to hang the coats up and noticed my son's leather coat missing.

Didn't even bother to show up or let me know they wouldn't show. And don't bother trying to call the business. The phone will ring and ring but no one will answer. Wasted my time and am still in an empty house.

Nothing does not surprise me. Can I give it stars? Terrible customer service, zero flexibility and total disinterest in helping military families' moves less stressful. Blamed their abysmal treatment on government policies.
