| 1/5 | The movers left my home without all of my belongings after Eric assured me that they would get everything. I had to move a lot of items to my neighbors garage because they just left. They also are stating that I may be charged more money after already being charged over $2,500. Since they drove off with my belongings I have not heard anything from them at all. I'm disabled and they took my money and did a messed up job. Filed claims. THEY OFFERED ME $6 ON ALL THE STUFF that was broken and damaged — my bed, my lamps, my sofa table — $6. | 1/5 | Their team leader 'Mikee' was acting like a bully, trying to dominate the customer. He said he will not unload the truck at the new house unless he gets full payment. So I had to pay in full before unloading. At the new house they did not unwrap many things and just kept shouting for everything. | 1/5 | DO NOT USE FOX MOVERS!!!! They are the most unprofessional movers I have ever used. They were arguing at times, I saw several smoke breaks while my clock was running. It literally took them 7 hours for a tiny 1 bedroom move. A fragile box with glass is on its side and on the bottom of other boxes. THE ABSOLUTE WORST MOVING COMPANY!!!! | TL Harper |
