They were really professional! Paula and Sean helped me out with setting up my move, everything was really easy! This is my first time ever using a moving company and I have to say I am satisfied. The price I got was AFFORDABLE!

Great moving company. Professional, accurate, punctual, superior service, and affordable. I used them three times and was always highly satisfied.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Our experience with FlatRate was riddled with issues and horrible customer service. It feels like we were scammed. Furniture arrived smashed. Very expensive custom piece of furniture (over $2,000) broken. They are offering $300 in compensation. Per the contract we e-signed, you will select your level of liability later on the bill of lading, but not only did we not select our level of liability, this was not explained nor was the bill of lading even presented. FlatRate continued charging us for storage for 7 months after they had already removed everything.

Moving Disaster! This mover broke my granite table, several vases and scratched my old antique furniture. To make things worse it took them almost 21 days to deliver my belongings after my pick up in Dallas. Customer service did nothing for me. The manager told me it is a wash since my items were broke and I was unaware of the 21 day delivery!

Used Flat Rate Movers twice. First time they damaged my channeled sofa, living room chair, and office table. The second time my custom dining table arrived with a big broken off piece. They just jammed everything into giant wardrobe boxes without properly labeling.
