Flash Moving and Storage

EDIT: I was asked to place this review while they watched over my shoulder and was asked to give 5 stars and add this photo, but it does not accurately reflect my experience. The billing process was a nightmare and the movers had to come back to my house after the move to explain that they made a mistake with the billing (after flying) and then called again an hour later to say they made another mistake. Ultimately, I was overcharged and when I followed up with the company about this, they were not helpful and I ended up paying about $200+ more than I should have for what was a mediocre move. I will say that the sales team here was great, they were able to get my move scheduled very quickly and were very helpful. In terms of the actual move, everything arrived in one piece, but it took an abnormally long time, the movers took multiple breaks that I was charged for, and was overall a very stressful process. The people here were certainly nice, but not effective. We will not use this company again. Original review: Very helpful and kind!

Had a great experience with Flash! They were super efficient and even helped me install my window unit AC! They were very kind and helpful and attentive, even with fragile furniture. Would definitely use Flash for moving services again!

I had an amazing experience with Arie and Blake, they went above and beyond to help me move all of my stuff in. They brought up a couch up 8 floors when it would not fit in the elevator, and did it with ease! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone moving. Fast, cheap, safe and just awesome!
