| 5/5 | EDIT: I was asked to place this review while they watched over my shoulder and was asked to give 5 stars and add this photo, but it does not accurately reflect my experience. The billing process was a nightmare and the movers had to come back to my house after the move to explain that they made a mistake with the billing (after flying) and then called again an hour later to say they made another mistake. Ultimately, I was overcharged and when I followed up with the company about this, they were not helpful and I ended up paying about $200+ more than I should have for what was a mediocre move. I will say that the sales team here was great, they were able to get my move scheduled very quickly and were very helpful. In terms of the actual move, everything arrived in one piece, but it took an abnormally long time, the movers took multiple breaks that I was charged for, and was overall a very stressful process.
