| 5/5 | It was our third move with Excalibur team within LA. Every time we want to leave the very thankful review and we forget, so I finally leave the review for this company. Every time we had a very polite, professional team helping us, the third time we even asked them to pack our stuff. The movers always arrived on time (the manager will give you the window between 8 and 10 am, but you can always expect them by 8 am to come). I'm very strict with my white furniture, so I was excited to see how carefully it's been wrapped. Also, every item that I needed to be extra wrapped, is done right away. | Stacy | |

It was really helpful to have a zoom call so they could see what we were moving. I thought it was going to be unreasonable or expensive to pick up from two locations and drop everything off at one, but it wasn't at all. I would definitely recommend them. | 1/5 | DO NOT CHOOSE EXCALIBUR MOVERS. YOUR ITEMS WILL BE DAMAGED AND THEY WILL NOT CARE. These people are careless and will provide you a very negative experience. In the beginning of our process, they were very nice and considerate, but as soon as they got their deposit and took our stuff, they became the most careless, rude, and suspicious as ever. They constantly had absolutely no ETA, and no idea about where our items were. There were multiple attempts on our end to figure out a possible delivery date, and they kept telling us I don't know, sorry it's a 3rd party handling ur items. The experience got even worse during delivery, where SEVERAL of our items were severely damaged including two 300 dollar bookshelves and bed frames. Huge Pieces were chipped off our items and stuff were falling apart. When the movers came, they failed to reassemble two of our very heavy items including a dresser and bookshelf. They asked us to drive 35 miles, pick them up, bring them back to our house to reassemble, and then drop them off 35 miles away. There was no attempt to compensate us for the damages and the failure to properly do their job correctly. The worst part was them leaving over 50 lbs of THEIR OWN trash and materials in our garage for us to take care of. They also failed to unwrap so many items. This was a terrible experience and I do not recommend Excalibur to anyone. | nozaneen | |
| 1/5 | Our experience with Excalibur was extremely unpleasant to say the least. We were quoted $2,000 to move boxes and 2 beds from California to North Carolina. It turns out that Excalibur is a broker and they just give wild estimate without accurately calculating the storage space needed on the truck. When the actual moving company arrived to pick up the items, we were told that the shipment should have been quoted with 150 more cubic feet at $3,000 instead of $2,000. We were extremely shocked and surprised. After a very long day and as the moving company arrived at 8 pm (PST), our hands were tied up and we could not get a hold of anyone from Excalibur (they operate out of Florida). First off, this is a broker moving company which means they will not handle your move (even if they act like they will upfront). The second they get your signature, they will pass you off to an undocumented, sketchy as hell operation that will be a literal nightmare. Your stuff will arrive weeks to MONTHS late. It will be damaged. Severely damaged. You will not be able to contact this company at all between pickup and delivery and when you do, they will not speak an ounce of English. We were originally quoted 4000 to move my mother in laws stuff from Chicago to Colorado (a move that cost us 14000 with a mom and pop mover). They said it was going to be over 7000! We asked them to deliver like week after the bill but not once they let us. Movers broke one of my favorite pieces of art. Then they charged my credit card without telling me $400 and then magically put it back three days later. In the end, they wound up offering me $500 for my broken artwork and none of the other things that I had to go through because of the negligence of this company. | Andrew Meier | |

When I called them I was greeted with a rude response and told that I would now need to wait three days for another response. Biggest mistake I have made contacting them.
