| 5/5 | I hired Elite Movers to rotate my pre-fab 10x8 wood stud shed 90 degrees as it would face the direction I needed. These guys were amazing. First off, the communication was great, I was texting the owner Rudy back and forth figuring out if they could even do it since it was a rare request to move a shed. He sounded extremely confident and said they have done unique moves like this before. We settled on price and time and date. Rudy and he team showed up and came prepared. They were able to move it exactly where I needed it. I watched while they did it and Rudy really shows what leadership looks like, his team were all in sync and they all communicated very well while moving this 1000lb+ shed. Their professionalism stood out from the moment they contacted us in the morning to confirm their arrival. When they showed up, they were on time, organized, friendly, and clearly experienced. | 5/5 | I reached out to Rudy late in the afternoon for a quote and he responded to me promptly and even waived a couple hours for me to respond! I had an apt.) to some of the details that he needed. We finalized everything at 8 pm and the amazing part is that we were able to do the move the following day!! He arrived at my apartment with 1 other person early the next morning and they helped me do a pack AND move AND unload from my junk packed 1 br apt to my new place in less than 5 hours. It was extremely quick and efficient and they dont mess around and waste time. Rudy even offered some methods for to save some money! Him and his team are great guys and were a pleasure to work with. | 1/5 | My daughter and I contracted with Rudy for two moves from one location. One was a local move and the other was packing a trailer for a long haul half way across the country. Rudy promised a smooth process. He told us the persons at work and collectibles would be handled with care and wrapped carefully. He told us they would be careful not to mix up the items that would be going to different locations. He told us lots of things. He lied. craftiest about the move, at me back up for a moment. Our move was hectic. We were not as prepared as we should have been. There was more stuff than anyone thought there would be. There was no room along walls, the trailer was completely full. But all of that should not mean furniture would be damaged, my precious art work was found shoved into boxes, not even wrapped. My brand new refrigerator and freezer were both dented. But wait, theres more. When I confronted Rudy he was defensive and combative. He was full of excuses. He blamed the driver of the long haul truck. He never once just said Im sorry you were unhappy. He just tried to argue it away without accepting any responsibility. I would NEVER recommend Rudy just based on his behavior. Im left unpacking and finding damaged items. | 1/5 | Scheduled a move with Richard and was given a 4 hour estimate. The movers finished in less time but we were still charged a higher fee than the hourly rate. When I asked Richard why the fee was higher he stopped returning my call. Extremely unprofessional movers and liars. They will nickel and dime you and you will never hear from them if there is a problem. Our wall got dents in the dry wall, they scratched up our hardwood floors, and scuffed up the walls our our brand new home.
