Have damage to riding lawnmower. And a few other boxes with china and and etc. I shipped with upack with three different containers and each of those were here within 15 days. The crew that dropped off everything did a great job unfortunately it took them almost 2 1/2 months to get my stuff to me.February 26, 2026Unprom

After 18 years in the military and 8+ moves, this has been, by far, the worst moving experience I have ever encountered. At the loading point, the crew carelessly damaged items while breaking them down for transport. At delivery, crew arrived at brand new home, they dismissed my request for care. They proceeded to damage doors and walls by forcing furniture through entryways instead of taking a more careful approach. Customer service was virtually nonexistent.

Awful experiences all around. Utilized as part of a PCS move. Destroyed our couch and tried to say it was damaged when they picked it up. Multiple items were poorly packaged and broke. They wrapped my bullet proof helmet in 30 sheets of packing paper but barely wrapped our proudest which of course broke.

Avoid this company at all costs. No-calling show both the pickup and delivery dates. Hung up on phone calls before proceeding to screen our phone number. Blames local moving crews for missing deadlines but are the ones responsible for being incapable of managing the simplest of requests.

They showed up late and put down nothing to protect our hard wood floors. They broke apart a desk and put its pieces in various boxes. They also just threw things into boxes with no wrapping, and tattle on an expensive coated and threw it in the bottom of a box with two jars of ice malt. They were the worst company I've experienced in 20 moves.

Eagle does not care about you or your things. Items were plastered in plastic. Told things would be sectioned off in truck so they wouldn't get mixed with anyone else's. When arrived they opened the truck and everything was literally thrown in there. Paid $800+ more than quoted.

Eagle Van Lines bent my bike in shipping and refused to claim responsibility. When I called the claims department the representative got defensive, told me my bike was likely a counterfeit and continuously cut me off. This company bent my bike and washed their hands of the issue.

I have called more than 15 times and sent multiple text messages, yet my calls go directly to voicemail and I have received little to no response.At this point, the company has already received $6,900 of my money, and I expected a much higher level of customer service and communication.
