At the loading point, the crew carelessly damaged items while breaking them down for transport. At delivery, crew arrived at brand new home, they dismissed my request for care. They also just threw things into boxes with no wrapping, and tattle on an expensive coated and threw it in the bottom of a box with two jars of ice malt.
