They wrapped delicate items, covered all the furniture with blankets and even packed up all the little bits that I didn't get packed in time. | 1/5 | I purchased the extra insurance when I moved from Virginia to North Carolina. They were late by 3 hours arriving at my new home. We found nearly $7,000 worth of damage and many items missing. I asked for a claim form but never received one. Frustrated, I contacted the owner Dan. He told me he only has his name on the door and doesn't deal with the day to day operations. He then sent me a scathing email basically calling me a liar. Dan had his sales rep call me to tell me to remove my review on Yelp.
