| 5/5 | Marc, Felix and Mike were calm and efficient moving my very oversized couch up 2 flights of narrow staircases. They were prepared to hoist to a third story balcony if needed, but were able to smoothly move it in without needing to do so. All phases were professional and excellent from the bid, making adjustments as we added and removed items to the actual move. | 1/5 | I strongly believe that one of those four movers removed that safe from that apartment that day. The safe had a significant amount of cash. When I called to speak to a manager, the person that answered had no idea what I was talking about. I filed a police report. The police informed me due to the nature of this alleged crime I would more have to rely on the company rather than the police for any chance of safe recovery. When it came to signing my paperwork the one guy looked at the quota and said 'you gonna take care of us.' The movers insisted that I had more boxes than I indicated but if I 'treat them right' they wouldn't tell their office staff.
