Marc, Felix and Mike were calm and efficient moving my very oversized couch up 2 flights of narrow staircases. They were prepared to hoist to a third story balcony if needed, but were able to smoothly move it in without needing to do so. Chris coordinated the scheduling, he was communicative and clear.

We recently moved from Towson to Annapolis and had Charm City Movers do the job. All phases were professional and excellent from the bid, making adjustments as we added and removed items to the actual move. Felix and Christopher were super putting everything together and Movers, Javon, Butch and Tyler were the best!

I strongly believe that one of those four movers removed that safe from that apartment that day. The safe had a significant amount of cash. When I called to speak to a manager, the person that answered had no idea what I was talking about. I filed a police report. The police informed me due to the nature of this alleged crime I would more have to rely on the company rather than the police for any chance of safe recovery. To this day nothing has been made of this incident.

Between loading and unloading I was constantly told 'if you take care of us we'll watch your stuff.' When it came to signing my paperwork the one guy looked at the quota and said 'you gonna take care of us.' I didn't appreciate as a woman by herself getting pressured by three men to tip my movers.

I don't recommend for single women trying to move. Brody made me extremely uncomfortable with his questions and comments to the point I was afraid to be alone in my new house. He told me he would keep my quoted price if I gave him $900. I did this because I was overwhelmed and coerced.

My Amazon Fire Stick, along with an entire box of clothing, went missing. The movers insisted that I had more boxes than I indicated but if I 'treat them right' they wouldn't tell their office staff. My sofa ended with giant black marks across it from the truck being dirty.
