| 1/5 | Worst moving company ever. First they pulled the old bait and switch with my stuff. They quoted me 1200 originally for my move based on the stuff that I had. However, when my stuff got loaded they required me for 1500. Being not so wealthy I could not pay that, so they held my stuff in an undisclosed location till I could get the money. I fought over the price for weeks but they just said that if I didn't pay they would auction off my stuff after a month. Shady. Shady people. | Matthew Shepper | |
| 1/5 | Bait and Switch Movers, for sure. The operations manager's name is 'Prosper' — his billing was hardly adequate and it caused me to be charged double over what I anticipated. They told me to go buy 45 extra boxes that they loaded. And here's the sad switch — although they know my new address when I botched the move — right before delivery they said '10 wheelers are not allowed in your city — you'll need to pay an additional $800 cash for a shuttle.' In the end the budgeted $5,000 move ended up costing $10,000. Stay away. Prosper is a criminal. | Fernando Pomblero | |
| 1/5 | DON'T USE THIS COMPANY! We were quoted at 1100 and then on moving day they packed up our belongings, and then the driver came back with and estimate 5 times that!!! Rip off much!! We did not pay it cause that is not the binding quote we had agreed before. Then we panicked on card to prevent them from stealing the money, and the next day they called and said our card was declined. They tried to take us 1100!! We didn't even have that much on that card! And now we are trying to negotiate with these terrorists cause they are holding our stuff hostage and threatened us that they are going to sell our stuff in 20 days if we don't pay up!
