I find out they were sending those pictures to their manager and he blamed it on the wind. The worst part was the piano. He asked me questions that clearly showed that he has never moved a piano before. They charged me for an hour of time I paid for to get the piano through the door. After our belongings were loaded onto the truck, they demanded additional money. We were told we needed to pay more and that the company office was closed. Money was deducted without his consent, the movers refused to answer. My husband deliberately blocked their exit as the movers began departing. This triggered a heated confrontation.
