It might be OK for local moves but interstate moves are a different matter. 'pjobfor' had a horrible experience with them on a move from CA to Houston. 'Caloboaly' posted that he had a horrible move with them from San Francisco to Boston - they picked up his things three weeks late. 'just moved Sally' described overcharging and a long delivery delay on a move from Phoenix to Nashville.
