2024 SENIORS (especially) BEWARE!!! We hired this company to move us from Potomac to WV and lost multiple extremely valuable items. After being quoted $5-6,300, and then charged $8,000+, then the sad loss of a valuable rug as well as other items, it is a major disappointment to the beginning of our retirement.

The estimate was between $700 to $1100. They move my belongings 8 hours and they broke the base of 2 of my lamps and broke the base of my dressing table. I have emailed the account manager 3 times deleting my frustration. Offered $200 settlement for a signed release.

Brought a small truck to a big job — all our stuff didn't fit. This was after we paid for a packing day the day before the move, so they knew how much stuff we had. This caused a schedule delay. Lost items. Management did nothing aside from waive their CC processing fee.

We had a local move, the team was very accommodating with a short term change of plans. The team that was sent out was very professional, and worked quickly. Frequently checked in on what was intended to be moved and took very good care of all of our stuff.

We used Beltway for both packing and moving 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms worth of stuff. From the very beginning, the service was exceptional. The crew were very mindful of our belongings, asking clarifying questions whenever unsure to keep things safe and organized. Boxes were labeled and particularly fragile items clearly marked.
