First, we had the same folks pack and move us, which tells me that Barnes has a great employee retention. Every single employee we ran into is named of humor. | 1/5 | Horrible Customer Service!!! We were referred to Barnes Van Lines through our employer Tanner Medical Center and were told we would receive a discount. That did not happen. But what really spoke volumes is the Owner. He left a message for us backing out of moving our large house 15 business days before our move because he felt like the guys had quoted us too low of a price.
