| 5/5 | We had such a great experience with Atlanta Furniture Taxi. Derrick, Mike and Drew were amazing, they worked so hard and took great care of our furniture. If issues do arise, they take care of them quickly. | 1/5 | SERIOUS SAFETY CONCERNS — Crew arrived 45 MINUTES LATE, damaged furniture, have been ignoring claims. I worked with them for MONTHS, agreed on everything, signed contract. During the process of moving my items, they damaged multiple pieces of furniture including a nightstand from Crate and Barrel and a bookshelf. I followed their instructions to file a formal claim with photos, but I am now being COMPLETELY ghosted. No one will return my calls, emails, or voicemail messages. | Anthony P | BBB |

Which more than doubled the price I quoted. They couldn't fit everything in one truck so needed to return the next day. I was charged more than double what I was quoted. One of their movers stacked our two nightstands on top of each other on a dolly, and they immediately fell off onto the ground damaging both.
