“Think it was way over a grand, maybe close to 2 for a full 2 bedroom apartment, but there were some other factors that made it tricker. The senior complex required them to have additional insurance, and put down carpet protectors, as well as then giving them a parking space a mile from the apartment so they needed an additional person to stay with the truck. That included packing the kitchen too.”
