| 5/5 | I saw Aben moving's truck parked on Draper Lane, Fairfax a few days ago and called them to help me to carry my furniture. I was really impressed with the quality of the work performed by MJ and Abi during the afternoon. They both worked hard and smart and exceeded my expectations! They not only moved all my furniture at my new location but MJ fixed the shelves which were hanging bad from the walls. I originally asked them to dump it somewhere for me. I am delighted that MJ, Solved this issue that bothered me for a while at a reasonable cost! Highly recommend MJ, And Adn for your moving needs! | fangfang li | |
| 5/5 | We had an outstanding experience with this moving company and can't recommend them highly enough. We first reached out about a month before our move, based on a friend's referral. From the start, the communication was seamless and professional. Mike, who coordinated everything and provided the estimate, was by far the most professional mover we have worked with, extremely detail oriented, polite, and genuinely friendly. His estimate was close and accurate, and our final cost stayed right within the expected range. On moving day, our crew, MJ, Abu, and Mar, showed up on time and ready to work. MJ handled the disassembly and reassembly of our king-size bed with precision and care. He also did an excellent job wrapping and protecting all our large furniture. Abu and Mar were equally impressive, carefully lifting and placing all of our belongings with patience and attention to detail. | 5/5 | The best moving experience we ever had. We opted for 3 person team and they had us moved out of my two bedroom apartment to my new place in 4.5 hours. I had an easy move as far as only boxes and a couple large items and mostly non fragile and also was only going about 4 miles so they might not be the fav with your move but I did the same move 2 year ago and it was almost 8 hours. The crew was nice, worked hard and the rates were reasonable. I wouldn't hesitate to call Aben Moving for my next move. | Nick Nabil | |
| 1/5 | I have used several movers and this is the worst company that I have ever dealt with. I contracted them for a 3 men 22 ft truck crew. They showed up with a 2 men 18 ft truck. Upon arrival they did not even tell me about this downsized crew I requested. Called and negotiated a lower rate, got same 12 hours of service and told that I wouldn't be financially effected because of these issues. Well, after 12 hrs of service and unbeknown to me when they first arrived my stuff wasn't going to fit on a 18ft truck. They told me they'd deal with 2 trips. When I complained about this, their solution was I can hire them for a third trip at full hourly cost or hire u-haul. I wasn't going to fall for their again so I had to get second group of movers and pay an additional $350 to move the remainder of the stuff. On top of this, they broke my washer drain pan and we also discovered 2 days later when we were trying to hook up the dryer they broke the dryer vent connector. They scuffed up my walls and wood floor in multiple places too. This is the worst moving company. I am now suspecting if some of the reviews posted here are fake! The company showed no regret for their crappy service, instead offered to cancel the whole service knowing full well that I HAD to move that day and couldn't cancel. Do NOT hire them. | Austin Amin |
