| 5/5 | I have never used a moving company before. My friend recommended ABC Movers to me and I must say I'm impressed. From the customer service agents all the way to Sergio and his team, I had a very enjoyable experience. Super friendly, very professional. Sergio put me at ease by doing an initial walk through and giving me an estimate of the time and cost so I wouldn't be surprised. They did everything they could to make this process as hassle free. The crew arrived on time, handled everything with care and attention, efficiently taking the stairs over and over again to ensure all of my belongings as their own and made sure everything arrived safely and in perfect condition. This was our biggest move and honestly probably one of the fastest moves we have had from them. They wrapped our TV, couches, and took all our boxes with its ease whatsoever. | 1/5 | I would never recommend this company to anyone EVER the worst moving experience I have ever had. You expect movers to be more swift and to execute a job quickly. I never I could have moved myself faster but I have never used a moving company cant move a small two bedroom within 3-4 hrs. They moved very slow aimlessly slow, trying to get the whole damn day paid I guess and charged me an outrageous price for service they OVER CHARGED. FOLKS DONT USE THIS COMPANY. Most recently they decided to charge me extra for elevator even though I was never charged this before. Now they want to charge me $300 to separate the basic stuff that price was ridiculous and a total rip off. They said this was for a day of work that was not completed due to weather. If you look you will notice that nearly all of their reviews happened within a fairly small time frame (56 reviews in less than 3 weeks). | 1/5 | First, while making the reservation, I both called and used their website. The website is not user friendly, and it shows different information about your reservation depending based on what browser you use. Booked it was two hours PLUS a 4 hr move, between two walk ups that were an hour apart, it took them three hours. I used them 3 weeks later for a similar size move to a nearby location. There was no communication when they weren't moving anything at all. They said it is because the leader had to eat. Also they were providing blankets and wardrobe boxes, but the moving blankets started degrading. They also did not have the blankets and were used coverlet, a cloth rubbed off on clean furniture. I had to get my partner to come and fix this because they decided to put the boxes into a stack of 2 that they stacked the wardrobe and got the box you can't find that fell at all to the bottom of the box. | Abigail Heath | |

We bought a bunch of wrap for the movers to use and were shocked when we noticed they would use furniture as leverage. They did not cover our furniture despite my several requests. When I asked about this they completely ignored me. Only 3 out of 7 even answer the phone and their voicemail is full. I emailed them and they worked and smoked a lot. Also spoke Ukrainian or something all day long, English was really hard. They also put young workers from like 2500 EXPERIENCE, fresh off the boat so to speak.
