| 5/5 | We were impressed by the speed of the moving team in packing and unloading. However, we faced some issues that affected our overall experience. Firstly, our brand new LVP flooring was scratched when the movers improperly handled our solid rubber-wheeled kitchen cart, leaving a long, unremovable rubber mark. Despite various cleaning attempts, the mark remains, and the response from the owner was unsatisfactory. Secondly, one of our toolboxes was not wrapped securely. | 5/5 | I really appreciate the team at 1st Choice Movers! Isaiah and his team worked really fast, the fastest I've ever experienced with movers but also with extreme care. No damage whatsoever to any of my items. Everything was padded and wrapped carefully and they also put down materials to protect the carpets. They also ran into a bit of an issue with really big massage chair, and sent 2 extra guys to help at no charge. They laid down plastic to protect the floors and carpets. Our furniture and boxed items had no damage at all. They also disassembled and reassembled the furniture as well. The move was close to what was estimated, which was awesome. Most importantly, no hidden/surprise fees.
