Company came to get furniture and boxes. Added extra price on at pick up. Made down payment when reserved 1264.00 second payment 1191.00 when they picked up. Was told 6-7 days delivery. Picked up 8/13/26 in Wilmington NC to come to Cleveland Ohio to a rented storage unit while waiting for apt to be ready. No show no communication, no estimated delivery and its been 19 days. Customer service hangs up on us. FB has a page with 60 people that have been scammed or finally get their stuff and its damaged or missing. I have called police, reported to NC attorney general, reported to FMCSA. Just want our things, I contracted with them but it is all my daughters things, she is in school and was coming home to Cleveland and has lost all her things.
