“do not use zippyshell/packrat. Once shipped, my belongings stayed in a warehouse unwrapped and exposed to all the dust and soot that come from fork lift trucks etc. I visited the shelf to grab something out of it which is how I noticed it was unwrapped, few months in. Spoke to customer service and they claimed it was wrapped which obviously it wasn't so I sent them a picture. They assured me they would wrap it. I checked in with the warehouse a month later, still not wrapped. Same conversation. Another month later, same conversation. They never fully wrapped it so everything was covered in black dust and soot and mold since they arrived. Then the movers charged extra to bring it up to the third floor and gave up 80% of the way because they were too tired. Needless to say but I've filed a claim.”
