It was advertising on a moving broker website (movedirect.com), which is where 'joacrangy' heard about the company, but we don't know whether he went with them for his move to South Dakota. Currently, 'sgeble' is using them for an interstate move from CA including four months' storage. His weight was 20% over the estimate but he had a GNTE. He has not come back to give a final report as yet. 'TMP' reported using them (sales reps Don Potshelter) for a move to the Bronx in 2003. The move went well except that Western did not anticipate needing a shuttle. The Paul Arpin's line driver had to hire workers that he just happened to see unloading someone else.
