Mayflower agent in San Francisco. 'BigLeeCA' (working for Chipman Concord) posted that they have been a Mayflower agent only since 2000, although their website says that they have been in business since 1989. The company has good (but not excellent) internal quality scores from the van line in all categories: claims, consultation, estimate accuracy, and so on. As of 10/18/10 it had a BBB rating of 'A+' with 5 complaints in the last 36 months. Vector posted an excellent video narrated by its president in 9/06, including photos of the estimate process, prepping the home, loading, and some of the office staff and drivers. 'orangemover' was unhappy with a long-haul Vector driver for a shipment booked by Dahill from NYC to San Francisco in the summer of 2007. There seems to have been a communication problem.
