North American agent in Concord. People in the industry have said in PMs that Valley in Sacramento, Valley in San Jose, and Valley in Fresno are all connected to the main Valley in Concord. In 6/07 'BigLeeCalf' (works for a Mayflower agent in CA) posted that Valley was 'a very good agent'. However, 'Sweeby' moving his/her mother from CA to Houston posted in 7/07 that Valley Concord left a lot to be desired and NAVL drivers were refusing to haul for them because they were incompetent and unhelpful. Also, the shipment was delivered 3 weeks late.
