As of 8/06 its overall quality score from the van line was 4.44 (in the 'Excellent' range), with its hauling score especially high. 'Seismoguy' gave the company a rave review for a large, self-hauled move to Seattle in 8/06, singling out the sales rep Tom Caputo as well as the driver, Dan Siger, and his crew for their excellent performance. 'MeganHartman' reported that Jensen estimated and packed her things beautifully for a move to MD in 9/06, but on the way the Allied truck's brakes caught fire and most of her things were damaged and in her view, Allied did not settle the claim properly.
