Mayflower agent in San Diego. We have good remarks by 'East Coast Mover' (NAVL driver based in the Midwest) and 'Nancy' (works for NAVL), but no reviews. As of 10/27/10 had 1 BBB complaint over the past 36 months with an 'A+' rating. The owner, Ed DeBoIt, reportedly passed away in 2008 and industry people have speculated that quality might have suffered as a result. There are lukewarm comments about their sales rep by 'posiperi' for a move to Georgia (he was leaning toward Atlas Allied). And in 7/06, 'yuri22F' posted that their quote on his interstate move 'contained no detail, no summary on total boxes, I drove by their storage facility and it looked very empty and disorganized.'
