“I used them two years ago because of their sky high yelp rating and it was a disaster. I was moving a studio from Hollywood to Ktown and two guys show up. One had airpods in the entire time and was on his phone constantly. They took a lunch break without telling me and I didn't know where literally anything I owned was for half an hour. It took them 12 hours to move my studio, which when I called to complain, the owner said was due to me having more stuff than usual for a studio.”

“We used Pure Moving and Storage, found them on Yelp. They did a virtual walkthrough to see our stuff and the old house before giving a quote. They charge extra to move pianos and pool tables. On moving day a team came in to disassemble furniture and load the truck. They drove down overnight and then a So Cal team met us at the new house to unload the next day. Reassembled the furniture, mounted the tv, unloaded everything. Those guys worked their asses off. They did give a cash discount if you can swing it.”
