An industry expert posted that 'Piedmont's forte is in high-value electronics and display and exhibit moves' and although they do a great job on household goods, most of those moves are likely to be turned over to the van line. 'BigLeeCalf' (working for Chipman Concord) posted, 'I deal with them daily.... They do a great deal of our inbound electronics orders.' We have a very good report by 'Scott' on a move from Palo Alto to Phoenix. The driver was a United Van Lines driver. Also a good review by 's002qis' of a local move with Piedmont. 'Reid' posted a very good review of a small move booked by Piedmont to TX in 4/07, although delivery by a United driver took 11 days, their quote was the lowest he got and he praised Gene (sales rep) for being careful.
