It was formerly a National Van Lines agent. 'kcap' was leaning toward using Perry for a move to VA in 2/07 and said positive things about its owner, Richard Perry, who came out to do the estimate. However, 'dcapellman' reported that Perry did not compensate him for stereo speakers damaged during a move in early 2007, apparently from MD to VA, even though he had purchased full replacement value coverage. He said there were also irregularities in the way the claim was handled. 'dreamdazes' posted on the same thread in 1/08 that Perry was 'fabulous' for a move to VA. 'jmiller1' (real name Jim Miller) posted in 3/09 that he knew Richard Perry from being a National Van Lines agent and Perry was 'a class act'. Perry also got enthusiastic remarks in 2/11 from 'chptrkuler', another person working for National Van Lines.
