North American agent in Madison (also in Freeport, IL). Pat McLaughlin of the IL movers' association posted that O'Mara is 'a good, reputable, family-owned moving company.' There is a complaint about the Madison branch on Epinions. However, it's hard to gauge the validity of some of these complaints without knowing the total situation, i.e. the company's side of what happened.
