Its HQ is in Nashua, NH and it has been a Mayflower agent since 1937. It won a Mayflower 'Circle of Excellence' award in 2004 and many years previously. As of 2/06, scores for its drivers, loading/delivery crews, and packing crews were all above average. Claims prevention scores were above average to excellent. The only below-average score was for sales consultation/move coordinator. As of 3/15/11 McLaughlin had 1 BBB complaint in the past 36 months. People considering using this company might want to look at the comments about it under 'New Hampshire' as well, because the complaints are somewhat different. 'ljg' used McLaughlin for a Boston to Atlanta move in 7/04 that he was generally pleased, although he mentioned that communication was not great.
