North American agent in Dublin/Pleasanton (?), San Francisco, and San Jose. The Pleasanton location had a BBB rating of an 'A+' with 0 complaints over the last 36 months as does the Richmond location. The San Jose office has a 'C+' rating by the BBB, with 0 complaints over the last 36. The San Francisco location has an 'A+' with 2 complaints over the last 36. Finally, the Poway location had a BBB rating of an 'A' with 2 complaints over the last 36 months. 'Nancy' posted that they have multiple offices throughout CA. A couple of industry people posted in 4/08 that 90% of Cor-o-Van's moves are O & I (office and industrial) and the company is less strong for household goods moves. A sales rep for another van line said Cor-o-Van in SF was offering a 71% discount in July 2004 (extremely high for the summer). Someone praised Cor-o-Van's estimator (Dan) from the Dublin office. Someone posting as 'megpin' (Dave) was set to go with them for a move from San Jose to FL and he said he had used Cor-o-Van before and was satisfied. 'Phil' posted in 7/07 that after giving him an initial quote for his small move to Pasadena, Cor-o-Van San Jose didn't return any of his calls and emails asking for pickup dates, etc., so he went with Ace instead.
