CARLYLE BROTHERS VAN LINES, INC.

Independent. MC #279780 specializes in government and military moves but does some moves (about 5%) for individuals as well. It has the website carlylevanlines.com and is HQd in Missouri. As of 3/08 it had 5 BBB complaints over the past 36 months. Carlyle does not have satellite locations as such but uses resources from local moving companies such as Executive Moving Systems in Woodbridge when it needs them. For example, its drivers will not pick up casual roadside labor but will get qualified workers from other moving companies. Carlyle has a sales representative, Amy Reinick, in Northern VA to handle non-military shipment estimates and bookings. In 3/08 she emailed that she has been the #1 Carlyle sales rep for non-military moves for the last four years. Amy's own website is movingquotscoast.com/contact.htm and her phone number is 703-352-0700 or 800-548-8248. 'Rick' (industry expert) told a MovingScam moderator that she has a good reputation in the area. 'MusicMom' posted in 6/04 that her neighbors in VA were pleased with Carlyle on a military move.
