Although Big Foot focuses on Boston area and short-distance moves within MA, it is licensed for interstate moves. As of 3/16/11 it had an 'A+' rating with the BBB and 0 complaints over the last 36 months. Big Foot has a 12,000-square-foot warehouse. 'Shame' posted a very good review of his 100-mile move to CT with Big Foot in 6/07. The cost was $120/hour for 2 men and a truck vs. Marathon's quote of $155/hour for 3 men and a truck, and the hours came in under the estimate. In 12/07 he posted on the same thread that he had used them for the reverse move and they again performed well. 'vlad' gave Big Foot a rave review for his move to Cincinnati in 5/08, noting that the owner was hands-on, the driver was college educated, the crew packed his things with care, and there was absolutely no damage despite the fact that his things had been stored in Big Foot's warehouse for two months. The cost was less than Gentle Giant's quote, delivery was two days after pickup, there was no damage, and it was 'by far the best move I have ever been part of. A+.' 'Not only did they do a wonderful job but the crew (Nick, Tyler, Lorenzo) was a pleasure to spend the day with and very professional. . . . Not one item was scratched. . . and I had a few precious pieces of furniture and large glass items to be moved. My couch would not fit through the doors. They expertly moved it out of the second floor porch larger windows without missing a beat.
