Big League Movers

The team of men from Big League Moving Company were absolutely AMAZING today! They worked so fast and so well together! They even worked around my 2 cats hiding under the bed! I had a lot of plastic bins and they put them exactly where I had labeled. I highly recommend them for your next big move!

We have used Big League Movers over the past several years. In fact, this our 3rd complete/full-time fifth move. We have been extremely happy with the service.

Big League Movers is the best! This was my third move with them. The movers were prompt, courteous, took great care of my belongings. Dealt very fairly with me (when their truck was delayed due to a navigational error, they deducted the extra time).

The crew were very professional and courteous. Nothing was broken. They went above and beyond. For example, the lead mover noticed the bar in my closet where the spider monkey had been scratched. He asked did I have an area rug to sit the file cabinet in order to protect the floor. I greatly appreciated that. Everything was complete to my satisfaction before they left.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! THEY USED TO BE AWESOME. NOW THEY ARE THEIVES! This time, they sent two guys who arrived at 9AM spent the first 45 minutes arguing with my family. The movers did NOT wrap MY STUFF. I HAD YOU NOT because that's how slow these guys were. I immediately called the office while the movers took the truck and disappeared. They called me stating that they removed previously TWO GENESIS GAMES from the truck. THEY STOLE MY ITEMS.

Sadly, Big League Movers has changed from a great, friendly moving company to a pack of scam artists. The move was AWFUL. The movers were rude, super slow to do anything, and damaged a lot of my furniture. To add insult to injury, they then DOUBLE CHARGED MY WIFE. I have been contacting them repeatedly to fix the issue, and they keep saying they will and nothing gets fixed.

Moving was horrible. It was 8 pieces of furniture badly damaged with chips, chunks, cut scratches, and a glass bookcase broken into glass shattered. It took me 4 months of fighting to get a little money back. Not enough to fix two pieces.

Movers moved very slow, did not come prepared with tools or disassemble my frames, damaged some of my furniture, and had saluier on the job. It took them around 8 hours to move a 2 bedroom apartment. I was charged $636 for their services, will NEVER use this company again.
