| 5/5 | Carl and his four man crew showed up on time with positive attitudes and plenty of energy to get the job done. We had so many heavy items we asked them to combine and separate once here that was not discussed on the phone. They were willing to do whatever we asked. I called them at 5:00pm and they were able to help her the same day. They were at her location in 30 mins. This company was a Godsend. My family and I had to assist with loading/unloading the truck. The driver stated that we were their 3rd customer and they were tired. | 1/5 | BUYER BEWARE. I hired Amen Movers to do a 2 way move in January, and the truck unfortunately caught fire and burned on the return trip. The load was a total loss and Amen Movers did not have insurance to cover vehicle cargo, as they should. Amen Movers stopped returning my calls. It took me 8 months to get a final determination of their lack of coverage. As an out of town customer, going to court and collecting isn't a realistic option, so I had to absorb the total loss. | James Wilson | |
