1st Coast Express Movers

In June 2026, I hired 1st Coast Express Movers for my move from Jacksonville Beach to Keystone Heights, Florida. I was quoted $149 per hour for each mover working on the job. The crew included Brandon, Chad, and Sean. The move continued late into the night, and an additional truck/trailer arrived around 10:00 p.m. The unloading was not completed until after midnight. I was asked to sign paperwork after approximately 1:00 a.m., and I was not provided a copy of the final paperwork or an inventory of my belongings. After the move, I discovered multiple valuable belongings missing, including my mother's engagement ring, a coin collection, Louis Vuitton bags, and a box containing journals and journaling supplies. Other belongings were also damaged. I have photographs, receipts/payment records, and other documentation. I paid $4,602.10 for moving/packing/assembly services, plus a $149 deposit and a separate $920 tip.
